Team Role: I am highly focused on provideing the highest level of occupier services needed for our clients. I am responsible for the real estate strategy, financial engineering and execution for the team. I have significant construction expertise which helps our client's understand real estate budgeting and tenant improvement expenses prior to makeing a lease or purchase decision. We strive to help our clients make the best and most informed real estate decisions possible.
Background:
I'm a native of San Jose. In business, I have always emphasized the importance of the financial and strategic aspects of the business. Prior to joining Colliers International I earned national honors as a Top Producer at Grubb & Ellis Co. in San Jose. I started my career at Cunningham Associates. I currently reside in the Willow Glen neighorhood in San Jose with my wife, two kids and a big yellow dog!

Team Role: Terry is the primary client relationship manager and is the team’s negotiation lead. He serves as the tenant/landlord interface and leads global & national leasing efforts. He excels at balancing client requirements and team bandwidth, lending itself to an effective and efficient portfolio engagement.
Background:
Prior to joining Colliers International, Terry earned national honors as a consistent Top Producer for Grubb & Ellis Co. in San Jose, including the prestigious Rookie of the Year award in 1993.
Terry is a native of Santa Clara County where he graduated from Los Altos High School. After graduating from California State University Long Beach with a BS degree in Business, he travelled around the world with a backpack for 18 months visiting over 35 countries. Terry is an avid golfer and is an active member at Almaden Country Club. He is also a serious skier who logs thousands of vertical feet every year. He loves to cook and is a self-proclaimed wine expert. Terry lives with his wife Barbie and two sons Jack and Henry in Los Gatos.
Having earned a Bachelors and Masters in Computer Science by the age of 22 from Chapman University, Charlie hopes to utilize his experience in tech to complement his brand and expertise in the Silicon Valley real estate industry. With his unique background of software engineering in multiple sectors, Charlie differentiates himself by understanding at a strategic level what clients seek in their real estate.
Charlie aims to be the preferable resource for clients and partner brokers alike by creating solutions that better balance the requirements of employee retention, operations efficacy & fiscal balance. Charlie also supports German/Austrian investors, landlords and tenants in establishing or expanding their portfolios in the North American market. The many barriers to entering America can be daunting, but his team's expertise combined with a network of experts to call on enable Charlie to help his clients efficiently handle these barriers. Charlie is fluent in German and English, while studying to improve his Mandarin. During his time at Chapman University, Charlie enjoyed playing cello in a quartet. In his rare free time he is a skilled snowboarder and diver who (when work allows) climbs and descends thousands of feet every year.
