My education includes graduating from the University of Kansas in 2016 with a Bachelors and Masters degree in Accountancy. Upon achieving my CPA certification, I went to work as an auditor for KPMG Dallas with a focus on technology and industrial companies. After two years with KPMG, I decided to transition my career into the supply chain industry. I went to work for a company that specialized in designing and building the inside of distribution centers. Working with several Fortune 500 companies, my sales role enabled me to tour 400+ industrial buildings in nearly every U.S. market. My career path has provided me with a wealth of industrial knowledge that I am able to share with clients and help with their specific needs.

Corporate and entrepreneurial real estate users rely on me to develop and execute creative and effective real estate strategies. For 24 years, I have worked with leading companies to help acquire, dispose and lease industrial properties, both nationally and internationally. During my career, I have completed more than 1,000 transactions valued in excess of $2.0 billion. I am a five-time recipient of the Colliers Chicago “top industrial producer” award.
I am an eight-time finalist for the Chicago Industrial Broker of the Year award given at the prestigious Chicago Real Estate Awards dinner benefiting the Greater Chicago Food Depository. I won the award in 2013. Additionally, I am a six-time finalist for the NAIOP Chicago Industrial Transaction of the Year award.
Users and owners in the greater Chicagoland area rely on my knowledge and expertise in the leasing and sales of industrial properties. Prior to becoming a principal with Colliers International’s Industrial Advisory Group, I worked in industrial advertising sales for eight years. My aggressive and persistent marketing skills have proven to be a valuable asset to my success at Colliers.
With expertise in the greater Chicagoland area, and a primary focus on the O’Hare submarket, I assist owners and users in the buying, selling and leasing of commercial property. Teaming with Colliers International Principal Tom Rodeno, I have been involved in more than 180 transactions with a value exceeding $220 million.
I joined Colliers International’s Industrial Advisory Group in 2011 and currently serve as a vice president.
Prior to joining Colliers, I worked at Interstate Tenant Advisors, a tenant representation company specializing in industrial real estate. My primary focus was business development for the O’Hare and Central DuPage markets. Additionally, I worked as a residential agent for Baird & Warner before starting my his own development company, Holmes Development. I began his career at Spencer Stuart, an executive recruiting company as a researcher / knowledge manager in its industrial practice.
