Mr. Bolano has more than 35 years of experience across diverse industries in Architecture, Construction Management, Facilities Management, and Real Estate. Throughout his career, Joe has gained a wealth of experience in all aspects of the Building Industry including: facilities operations, construction, project management, property management, contract document production, post-construction maintenance services, and process improvements.
Prior to joining Colliers, Joe served as Vice President, Capital Project & Facility Services, for Northwell Health, a not-for-profit for which he oversaw the planning and execution of all capital projects, infrastructure upgrades, and major renovations across approximately 20 New York-area hospitals. Previously, Joe was also Director of Facilities at New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens, currently NewYork-Presbyterian Queens, where he oversaw all capital improvement and program development for the hospital and more than 45 off-site facilities.

With an extensive background in the AEC industry, I am a dedicated business development professional whose expertise and focus enhances Colliers International | Project Management Northeast’s ability to serve the needs of educational institutions, cultural entities, not-for-profit organizations, commercial real estate clientele and others in need of project management representation.
Clients depend on my ability to listen closely to their needs and develop customized solutions to address existing problems and to mitigate potential issues on upcoming projects. I am committed to bringing our team’s technical expertise, project experience, consistent quality delivery, and risk avoidance to our clients to accelerate the success of their new construction, renovation, and infrastructure upgrade projects.
Outside of my professional life, I am active on several community boards and am dedicated to spending time with my wife and two daughters. Depending on the season, you will likely find us on the volleyball court, softball field, at the pool, or on the ski slopes.
I am a licensed engineer, with more than 25 years of experience, who began my career on the design side of the construction industry. As my interests shifted to constructing buildings, I decided to pursue an opportunity in project management.
I have a broad range of experience throughout the construction cycle from all aspects as a result of my roles as design engineer, construction manager, and institutional owner.
My role on behalf of clients as a project manager is to be their advocate throughout the design and construction process. Working with educational, not-for-profit and cultural institutions I enjoy seeing our clients’ projects come to life. Our clients rely on my clear communication and transparency to deliver on our promises to keep their construction project on schedule and on budget.
I assist our clients in seeing the big picture and communicate the construction process to them in a way that they can understand. My blend of technical knowledge and high level of service results in a true partnership with clients and positions Colliers as a trusted member of the project team.
Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Hahn worked at The Metropolitan Museum of Art for 14 years as the General Manager for Capital Construction where he was responsible for approximately $80 Million worth of construction a year. In addition to his work at the Museum, Eric has worked as a construction manager and as a design engineer. His unique background as an owner, builder and designer has been of great value when working on complex projects with challenging site logistics, schedules and budgets.
Mr. Horowitz is a results-driven and forward-thinking senior corporate real estate executive with vast experience in regional project management, real estate and facility operations, resource modeling, project management technology, principal contracting, and project risk assessment.
Adaptable to the ever-changing dynamics of large-scale, multi-national real estate transactions and projects, and the complications that arise in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations. Successful in driving operational growth, leading start-up and turnaround efforts, and maximizing business opportunities. In his present role at Colliers, Mr. Horowitz is responsible for the successful delivery of our Project Management services to Corporate and Not-for-Profit firms who occupy commercial workplaces in the Metro New York and area.
Ms. Moreno is a dedicated leader skilled in using a process improvement methodology to attain project goals. With more than 25+ years of real estate, design, and construction industry experience, Jessica is a multi-talented project executive with extensive experience with design, program and project management, risk management, and financial management, and has been recognized for her excellence in the Women in Real Estate and Construction Services Spotlight in 2018- 2022.
Jessica is an accomplished project management expert who maximizes productivity by engaging the project team to improve project delivery, quality, and profitability. She believes strategic success is achieved through the setting of priorities, aligning annual resources planning, budgeting, and performance measurement. She employs techniques working with team members to produce optimal results and is devoted to instituting new standards of excellence through exemplary work ethic and empowerment of team members which are vital for operational success.
