Jim Irwin is an Executive Broker at Colliers | Arkansas specializing in investment brokerage and development activities serving corporate, institutional and individual investors in the central and northwest Arkansas markets.
Jim serves clients in acquisitions, dispositions, counseling, restructuring, development and leasing services. He has handled transactions in the states of Arkansas, Mississippi and Louisiana.
Jim graduated from University of Arkansas with a BSBA degree in finance in 1973. He spent the first six years of his professional career working in Little Rock as a commercial real estate appraiser and obtained the commercial MAI designation in 1980. In 1980, Jim transitioned into the commercial real estate brokerage business and formed his own commercial real estate company in 1990. He led Irwin Partners, a commercial brokerage, development and investment real estate firm in conjunction with Irwin Saviers Ballard property management company, before merging both companies into Colliers | Arkansas in late 2017.
