Professional Summary
Jerry White joined the firm in 2007. With experience ranging from Kansas to Long Island, New York, from strip centers to mega-regional malls, his primary focus since 1976 has been in leasing, developing and managing retail properties. Since 2007 Jerry has been active as a consultant and broker to private equity interests. He was the tenant representative for Merlin Entertainments, representing Sea Life and Legoland in leasing 60,000 square feet at Crown Center (owned by Hallmark Cards). He has consulted for Rancho La Puerta in Tecate, Mexico, Price Development Group and Consumer Growth Partners among others. In addition, he has been a Trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Chairman of the ICSC Foundation and a Judge for the ICSC’s International Design and Development Awards.
Jerry began his real estate career with Copaken, White & Blitt. He was active in leasing, development, marketing and management in malls and shopping centers.
