As a Principal, Vice Chair at Colliers, Brian is responsible for representing corporations on their industrial real estate needs throughout North America.
Brian’s expertise is within both lease and sale transactions including site selection, industrial development, zoning and entitlement, investment and capital procurement. Brian is one of Colliers top producers nationally with an average annual transaction volume of 5-8 million square feet and over $3 billion in transaction volume. Brian was also the youngest professional in Colliers Chicago history to achieve the title of Principal.
Brian is a member of the Colliers Industrial Advisory Group (IAG), an initiative focused on developing best practices across North America for the firm’s industrial occupier clientele. He is also a board member of NAIOP Chicago, the leading organization for developers, owners and investors of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use real estate. He is a member of Colliers Logistics and Transportation Solutions Group, an organization focused on supply chain strategy.
Brian is also involved with: St Jude’s Children’s Hospital, World Vision and the American Cancer Society.
Brian is a graduate of Carthage College.
Many of Colliers' largest clients, including Best Buy, ULTA, Bridgestone and KeHE Distributors, rely on my corporate real estate expertise. My team consists of professionals focusing on supply chain real estate. Areas of expertise include site selection, labor analytics, real estate capital markets, structuring and negotiation of lease and sale transactions, government incentives procurement, and construction procurement.
I am among the top annual producers across all of Colliers' service lines. In 2021, 2020 and 2019, I was Colliers' number one top professional in North America across all business lines.
I am a Principal, Vice Chair at Colliers | Chicago and a leader in the firm’s national Logistics and Transportation group. In addition, I am a member of Colliers' Chicago-based Executive Committee, where I provide strategic direction for the continued growth and development of the Chicago office.
I am a senior client services coordinator in the Industrial Advisory Group at Colliers International | Florida supporting five brokers in Industrial and Institutional Investments. In this role l provide exceptional internal sales support to my broker team and our clients through efficient and high quality administrative and general support services. I assist on projects such as presentation support; listing preparation; transaction administration; offering memoradum preparation; RFP responses; gathering market knowledge through various internal and external resources to prepare client market surveys and property tours and coordinating promotional and post-sales marketing materials.
