Prior to entering commercial real estate, Jennifer has had extensive international business experience, from engaging in human rights work, to working on international transactions for large multi-national developers and contractors, to international trade by brokering steel and aluminum products. Jennifer joined Colliers in 2018 after an extensive career in real estate development specializing in multifamily, hotel, office, retail and mixed-use projects across Southern California. She specializes in working hand-in-hand with clients through the entitlement process, valuation, and marketing phase of projects to capitalize on time and interest while a project is marketed. Through her cultivated relationships across the real estate community, both national and international, she is able to provide creative solutions and extensive service to each assignment for the best possible outcome and price.
