Professional Summary
Ms. Oliveri joined the firm in 2009 as a Staff Accountant responsible for the day to day accounting as well as the financial reporting of the New Jersey office.
In 2012 she was promoted to Director of Lease Administration and Accounts Receivable for the tri-state area. In that capacity she provides a broad range of services for our corporate clients, including abstracting client leases and modifications, tracking lease expirations, preparing property financial obligations, reviewing real estate tax and operating expense pass through schedules, as well as desktop audits. The Lease Administration Group is currently responsible for the database management of over 500 domestic and global locations for our corporate clients.
Ms. Oliveri is also responsible for the collection of tri-state commission receivables and providing a host of financial reporting to various groups throughout the organization.
