Office Coordinator l Scottsdale
As the office coordinator for the Scottsdale office of Colliers in Arizona, Jennifer leverages extensive operational and administrative knowledge and experience to coordinate daily operations for the office and its professionals.
Responsibilities including preparing real estate forms, contracts, letters of intent, property flyers and presentation materials. She manages property listing and deal files to ensure compliance with the Arizona Department of Real Estate. In addition, Jennifer prepares documentation required for revenue recognition and commissions, prepare and submit expense reports and third-party invoices, reserve travel, and act as a liaison for vendors.

As the founding partner of the Colliers Scottsdale office and senior executive vice president for Colliers in Arizona, Jim Keeley leads the Scottsdale office and serves as its designated broker.
Considered one of the leading commercial real estate experts in the Deer Valley and Loop 101 Employment Base and the Scottsdale Airpark, Jim specializes in the sale and leasing of office, industrial and flex buildings, land, and aviation properties.
He serves as a broker and advisor to developers and users in the purchase, sale, and lot layout of business, office and industrial land subdivisions. He also consults with and negotiates on behalf of owners, users and developers on build-to-suits.
With more than 40 years of industry experience as a sales leader, developer and real estate consultant, Jim has developed and owned office and industrial buildings, aviation hangars, convenience markets, and lot subdivisions.
He embraces the full-service “Cradle to Grave” approach to commercial real estate:
• Step 1 – Identifying the site and negotiating the purchase on behalf of the client

Jim began working in the Scottsdale Airpark in 1981, and founded Classic Real Estate Corporation in 1983. To expand its presence in the Loop 101 Employment Base (Scottsdale Airpark, Desert Ridge, Deer Valley Airpark), he sold 50 percent interest in Classic to Colliers in 1998 and another 20 percent interest in 2008.
A native Arizonan, Jim is married with four children and am actively involved in supporting his community.

Greg Hopley is an executive vice president with the Scottsdale office of Colliers in Arizona and specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial properties. Greg's focus is commercial office, industrial, land and investment properties. He works on behalf of both landlords and tenants. He has been with Colliers for over 33 years, joining the company in 1988.
Based in the Scottsdale Airpark, Greg's geographic focus covers the metro Phoenix market, as well as assisting companies throughout the U.S. with their commercial real estate needs, as detailed below.

Greg's prior experience includes serving as vice president of marketing at Great Western Distribution, Inc., a $75 million Arizona distributing company. He was in charge of the Food Service Division at Great Western, sourcing and inventorying products for approximately 30 fast food restaurants. In this role, Greg worked exclusively with many national fortune 500 corporations, such as Beatrice, Kraft, Proctor & Gamble, Pepsico, Lamb Weston and Del Monte, to name a few. He was instrumental in administering nationwide transportation and distribution, marketing, advertising, purchasing and inventory control.
As an associate with Colliers, Dillon Hopley specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial properties, focusing on office, industrial, land and investments. He partners with Greg Hopley, executive vice president, in the Scottsdale office.

He provided in-depth market analysis, prepared demographic surveys, tracked market activity and compiled statistics in support of sales and marketing efforts. Dillon is well-versed in the use of Nexis, CoStar, MagnifyMaps, Hydra and REscour to produce deep dive extractions of substantive commercial real estate data.
