Jennifer Austin is the Senior Business Operations Manager for the Occupier Services Bay Area (OSBA) team. OSBA specializes in occupier representation, providing clients with a platform of integrated services locally, nationally and globally. Jennifer oversees the day-to-day operations of OSBA and is responsible for the smooth running of the team, continuous improvement in service delivery and implementation of business strategies, plans and procedures. Jennifer assists OSBA leadership in effective decision-making and manages the team’s support professionals.
Jennifer has been a member of Colliers International’s San Francisco office since April 2008. Prior to joining Colliers, Jennifer worked at Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate in Phoenix, Arizona, where she provided administrative and marketing support to brokerage professionals and successfully managed the due diligence and escrow process.
Accomplishments
In 2016, Jennifer received the Colliers Service Excellence Award, which recognizes employees who consistently deliver a superior level of service, demonstrate proficiency in their role and share their unique knowledge, insights and expertise to help clients drive business results.
Since beginning her career in commercial real estate in 1999, Jennifer has specialized in supporting brokers and contributing to their success by:

- Processing commissions and maintaining transaction, property and client databases
- Promoting best practices while providing coaching and direction to team members

Jennifer graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
