Jenn Thomas is senior director of account management for Occupier Services, Southwest Region, with Colliers International. During her career, she has represented tenants and users while specializing in corporate real estate portfolio account management, as well as transaction management, strategic lease re-negotiation, acquisitions and dispositions, and lease administration.
Throughout her tenure in the industry, Jenn has closed more than 400 transactions globally for various national and global clients, including fortune 500 companies. By proactively analyzing market trends and capitalizing on opportunities to demonstrate vallue, she has been able to generate significant savings within my clients' real estate portfolios.
Jenn has been involved in numerous projects that involved the development of strategies to reduce and contain total occupancy costs, identifying and executing “blend and extend” opportunities within existing leases, corporate headquarters transactions, dispositions and acquisitions. Her unique combination of client care, proactive approach and market knowledge make Jenn a valued asset to my clients' real estate teams.
Prior to joining Colliers International in 2011, Jenn spent four years as a portfolio account manager with Mohr Partners, Inc., where she played a key role in managing multiple corporate real estate portfolios.
