Jeff joined Colliers International after working with a leading development and consulting company in Omaha for several years. He specializes in office leasing, investment sales, development services, along with real estate strategy and implementation. Jeff’s experienced background in real estate and his understanding of the Midwestern markets allows him to assist clients during complex real estate transactions. He works with institutional and local owners, private investors, lenders, special servicers, REITs, national and local banks, insurance companies, automotive dealerships, courts and commercial debt restructuring firms.
Wyatt analyzes each project from a number of aspects including social responsibility, environmental sustainability and economic feasibility (the triple bottom line). He has the vision and experience to deliver exceptional results for his clients. He is always looking for new challenges and ways to rethink conventional methods. Jeff was named a Colliers International Rising Star in 2012 and was also recognized for his involvement in brokering the 2016 and 2012 Deals of the Year. Most recently, Jeff positioned himself as a top producer in 2015, 2014 and 2013 and is currently a member of the 2016 Colliers | Omaha Chairman’s Club.
Jeff started his career as the Project Manager of New Development at Bluestone Development. During his time with Bluestone, Jeff was involved with in-fill redevelopment projects in downtown Omaha. As the Project Manager, Jeff successfully executed on all aspects of major redevelopment projects including planning, programming, site selection, acquisitions and management of the project budgets and schedules.
Jeff was later named Project Coordinator with the Noddle Companies, a national commercial development company. As the Project Coordinator, Jeff continued to work on the planning and implementation of urban in-fill redevelopment projects in Midwest markets. During this time, he was also actively involved in office leasing and investment sales with N&M Brokerage Services L.L.C., a boutique real estate brokerage company specializing in high-end client representation and consultation.
