Jeff Dillard is a Chief Engineer in Colliers Indianapolis Real Estate Management Services division, overseeing the maintenance and building operations of a large diverse portfolio of office, industrial, and retail properties. He has 35 years experience in real estate management. He is a highly skilled in all trades and facets of facilities management: project management; HVAC and energy systems – preventative maintenance; major system upgrade projects; building automation; plumbing; welding; fire protection systems and electrical.
Jeff's responsibilities include oversight of all contractors in the buildings, supervision of construction on the premise, input with the annual budgeting process, 24/7 emergency response, response to all maintenance requests from building tenants, and preventative maintenance on all building equipment.
Prior to joining Colliers, Jeff was Chief Engineer with Acorn Property Group for 29 years and was was awarded Acorn’s annual Building Award seven times.
In his spare time Jeff enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, home improvement projects, golfing and spending time with family.
