Accomplishments
Jeffrey joined Colliers Chicago’s industrial brokerage team in February of 2020. Prior to Colliers, he was most recently a business development associate with Optimal Facility Management Solutions, targeting C-suite executives for B2B sales on behalf of a global energy commodities firm. Before that, he was a senior account executive with EFinancial, where he consistently exceeded monthly sales goals and performance measures, resulting in ranking among the top 10% of the sales center within 2 years.
Education
Jeffrey graduated with a bachelor’s degree in general studies from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2011. With tremendous focus on his baseball career, Jeffrey was awarded All Conference and Team Captain positions for his junior and senior years. Upon graduation, he went on to play professional baseball for three years.

Utilizing my 29 years of experience, along with my thorough market knowledge, sound insight and creative solutions, I help Chicagoland industrial owners/users succeed in their real estate goals. As a Chicago native, I bring forth valuable geographic insight and have particular expertise within the Northern Suburbs, O’Hare and Lake County in tenant/buyer representation, landlord representation, sale/leasebacks, land sales, subleases and traditional industrial building sales and acquisitions.
I represent users and owners in the Chicago metropolitan area in negotiating industrial real estate sales and leases. On the landlord side, I represent institutional clients Heitman, Principal, Panattoni and LaSalle Investment management.
I have found my detailed knowledge of the Chicagoland industrial market, coupled with my creative marketing skills, has proven to be a valuable asset to my success at Colliers.
Corporations, institutions and entrepreneurial clients rely on Brendan in leasing, acquisition and disposition of industrial and office space. As a senior vice president within the Industrial Advisory Group, Brendan primarily concentrates in Northern Cook County and Lake County submarkets, offering clients extensive market knowledge. Brendan is experienced in many aspects of lease evaluation, financial analysis, property and investment valuation and real estate transaction analysis.
Brendan's ability to assess and address each of his client’s needs has proven to be a valuable asset and has led to a track record of successful transactions.
Prior to joining Colliers International in 2006, I specialized in investment industrial real estate acquisitions and dispositions with Cook Financial LLC, and industrial sales and leasing with Epic/Savage Realty Partners.
