Jeff is a successful, seasoned intermediary between buyers, sellers and capital sources of investment real estate, always beginning with a thorough understanding of each client’s goals, expectations and needs. He evaluates and underwrites each client's situation in the context of relevant market data and conditions from 30,000 feet down to street level granularity. If the client decides a transaction is warranted, Jeff assembles and leads the best available team of professionals to achieve the client’s objective.

Jeff's track record is over 40 years long and varied, in which he has performed or directly supervised over 500 closed transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $2 Billion. This includes large scale office, mixed use and multi-family acquisitions, dispositions and development, management in a national investment real estate brokerage, consulting for a national accounting firm, and CEO of his own real estate services company.  Currently, In addition to his own active Capital Markets - Investment Services practice, Jeff leads the Colliers Philadelphia Tri-State Investment Services Group.

He has been a guest speaker at Penn, Cornell, and Temple Law School, and a moderator and panelist at ACRES, CCIM, CPN, IREM, Real Share, and ULI conferences.
