I specialize in the leasing and sales of industrial properties for tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers across Charleston and the Lowcountry region of South Carolina. I am a highly motivated and driven veteran with a passion for challenging myself, pursuing growth and continuing my education. I enjoy helping my clients achieve their goals by understanding the market and negotiating critical terms. My passion is being able to represent the industrial sector, an integral part of our society.
I define success as building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and earning their trust. I aim to build a relationship where they come to me for any real estate need and are able to recommend me to friends, family or colleagues.
I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice.
After having successful careers in the military, law enforcement and healthcare, I found my passion in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Colliers, I worked for a local real estate firm managing the commercial division. I gained a variety of experience working transactions in several different asset classes including office, retail, multifamily and land before honing in on industrial product.

I am a member of the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® - Commercial Investment Division (CID), the Charleston Chamber of Commerce, the Charleston Young Professionals and Colliers Emerging Young Leaders.
Outside of the office, I enjoy hockey, woodworking, cooking, visiting local breweries and spending time with my wife and daughter.

Whether I am negotiating critical terms in a lease for a tenant or consulting an owner or landlord in the sale or leasing of their space, my role is to meet my client’s real estate and financial goals, both for today and into the future.
