Client Services Coordinator
As a Client Services Coordinator, I support the Industrial Services Team at Colliers Reno. I supply marketing assistance, project management, processing administration of transactons and listings, as well as directing team calls. I facilitate any and all requests between Industrial Brokers and their clients ranging from development groups and investors. In addition to supporting Brokers I provide assistance to the Colliers Reno office including but not limited to managing schedules and meetings, tracking transactional data, receiving clients, and coordinating front office duties.
I bring an inclusive approach fostering sustainable relationships in and outside of Colliers. Requests presented to me are executed in a timely manner as it is important for me to equalize and increase efficiency. I am passionate about learning, developing, and exceeding expectations. I appreciate the symbiotic relationships I have with my team as their altruistic mentorship has paved the beginning of my real estate career.

Chris specializes in industrial property leasing, sales, and investments in the Reno-Sparks and Northern Nevada market. Chris spends the majority of his time focusing on industrial tenant and buyer representation. Chris has been fortunate to work with many local, regional, and national companies with their real estate needs, delivering exceptional results, and creating long-term relationships.
Chris has experience negotiating a variety of complex real estate transactions including national and regional distribution facilities, corporate headquarters, data centers, manufacturing plants, and fulfillment centers.
Chris is a member of Colliers Logistics and Transportation Solutions Group. Leveraging this national platform, Chris’ team has delivered custom-fit logistics solutions to his client’s supply chain needs which have led to many success stories and multi-market assignments.
Chris takes a hands-on approach with his clients and is passionate about understanding their business needs. He and his team drive value for his clients with their superior knowledge of the market, their transaction processes, and punctual communication.
As an industrial sales and leasing associate in Northern Nevada, I am happy to apply the skills that I developed as a leading retail associate over the last several years. In my retail role, I harnessed my industry knowledge and provided exceptional value to my clients. My extensive client list includes some of the most prominent owners, tenants, and developers in the area such as Shopoff Realty Investments, ALS Geochemical, and McKenzie Development. I have successfully leased and sold property ranging from small single-tenant suites to large multi-parcel shopping centers.
Due to the adjusting marketplace post COVID, traditional retailers are adapting and merging with industrial and supply chain opportunities to narrow the gap between manufacturer and consumer. I saw an opportunity to add value to my clients and change my focus to industrial services. My services include industrial landlord and tenant representation and investment sales in which I bring a pragmatic and analytical approach.
Prior to joining Colliers, I spent nine years in the retail automotive industry where I developed in depth knowledge of the Northern Nevada community as well as the rewards and challenges associated with small business.
As a former flight instructor and airline pilot I have a keen interest in the integration of complex systems, processes and human factors. A lifetime of self-discipline, attention to detail, and continuous evaluation helps me realize my client’s overarching business objectives. Delivering the counsel and services necessary for true ‘win-win’ transactions is my goal.
Ray Tuntland has over 25 years of commercial brokerage, property management, and development experience in most product classes, including retail, office, industrial, medical, self-storage, multifamily, hospitality, and senior living. Ray has represented clients ranging from tenants to owner-users and investors in the purchase, sale, and leasing of real estate assets. Since joining Colliers International, he has directed his efforts to site selection; primarily representing retail end-users. Originally born and raised in Reno, Nevada, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and an MBA at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
He began his career in Las Vegas in 1995 brokering industrial land to assembled partnerships for investment. Two of these properties were the start of his development career. Ray and a colleague founded Insight Development in 1996 and immediately began developing two flex-industrial parks. Their first project, Insight Aircenter Sunset, was recognized by NAIOP as that year’s best large-scale mixed-use office/warehouse development in Southern Nevada. In late 2001 Ray created Tuntland Land & Development where he developed a variety of projects. Ray relocated to Reno in 2006 and then to Salt Lake City in 2013 where he joined CB Commercial Utah. He brokered transactions in Utah, but his efforts were generally focused on the needs of CB Commercial clients back in Nevada. His work throughout Nevada increased to a level which justified a return to Reno. Soon thereafter, CB Commercial Utah was purchased by Colliers International. Ray is now fully integrated into their Reno office.
Ray’s experience representing buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants over various product lines in multiple markets uniquely qualifies him to assist clients in achieving all of their commercial real estate goals.
