Michelle currently serves as an Associate of Industrial Services specializing in the industrial sectors of Tampa Bay and the I-4 Corridor. Drawing from over 19 years of experience working in commercial real estate, she provides brokerage services
and property specific marketing strategies. She remains proactive, staying current on market trends and marketing platforms to further enhance client goals. Service experience includes representing tenants, institutional clients, corporate clients and pension funds in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of all types of industrial properties and land.
Michelle has completed a total lease and sales transaction volume of $82 million. Her largest sale transaction to-date was a 510,000 SF distribution center that sold for $48.5 million and the largest lease transaction handled was for Nestle Waters totaling 286,000 SF.
Michelle is well connected with major industrial landlords, developers and brokers in the market and hosts the Tampa quarterly industrial comp luncheon - unique to this market.
