Senior Vice President, Corporate Solutions
Jim joined Colliers in 1983 in a career change. He brings over 30 years of real estate experience. Originally trained as an Industrial Associate, Jim’s diverse background and focus on Fortune 1000 Corporations led him to specialize in transaction and portfolio management, strategic planning, brokerage, site selection, and consulting for corporate and not for profit organizations.
Jim has been recognized by Colliers International for his significant corporate work in the Eastern
region. While the chairman of the Tri-State Education Committee, he was responsible for implementing real estate certification programs for brokers, bankers and advisors at the university level.
Jim’s professional involvements include his role as Colliers Manager - a liaison between the local Colliers office and all global Colliers International offices, member of the President’s Circle of Advisors, past Chairman of the Colliers International Managers Steering Committee and former member of the Colliers International Board of Directors. Jim was on Colliers International’s firm evaluation committee, which evaluated regional offices throughout the USA.
