James serves as a real estate advisor specializing in retail real estate with a focus on both landlord and tenant representation. He joined Colliers | Wisconsin in 2021 as a research analyst, working with the Design and Analytics department. In his former role, James gathered, analyzed and presented data in an effort to guide effective decision making for all members of the brokerage team and their clients. This experience allowed him to gain insight and understanding of virtually every asset type, helping him build knowledge of the market through firsthand analysis and research. James delivers a superior experience for his clients with his unique understanding of the market, utilizing a robust set of skills to offer best in class service to all that he works with.

Isaac joined Colliers | Wisconsin in 2019 as an Associate Real Estate Advisor with our retail team. Isaac focuses on both landlord and tenant representation in the areas of leasing and sales. He represents clients such as Taco John’s, Cousins Subs, Toppers Pizza and Biggby Coffee.
Isaac has quickly become active in the Milwaukee real estate community and recognizes the importance of building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues. Isaac is dedicated to expanding his industry knowledge and business network in order to best serve his clients. Don specializes in retail real estate with over 25 years of experience. Don has expertise with land transactions and a significant knowledge of the municipal approval process. He has served as broker for a number of retail, medical, institutional, senior housing, and multi-family transactions. His background is vast, including faciltating due diligence to retail investment sales. His versatile experience with not only sales but leasing make the development lifecycle a seamless process for the clients he works with. Don's determination, energy, attention to detail, willingness to overcome challenges and relentless work ethic assures that clients are experiencing unsurpassed real estate services.
Senior Vice President | Retail
Cory has worked in various capacities of commercial real estate since 1999 and has been a broker and retail specialist since 2006. He has represented and advised tenant clients across the retail spectrum transacting deals from "mom and pop" retailers locally in Wisconsin to national accounts with Kohl's and Lands' End closing deals from Boston to Miami to Hawaii. Currently in the state of Wisconsin he exclusively represents a number of national and local tenants with sub-specialties in boxes, F&B and dispositions.
Cory also has worked extensively as a landlord representative with local and institutional clients performing various duties from leasing to investment sales including dozens of REO sales on behalf of clients such as LNR, BMO Harris and PNC.
Executive Vice President
Experienced Executive Vice President with a history of working with financial institutions on all facets of commercial assets. Skilled in real estate analysis for banks and credit unions: branch network optimization, disposition, expansion, relocation, rightsizing, sale-leaseback, real estate impact for potential M&A deals, short sales, receivership and REO sales.
Senior Vice President
Before joining Colliers | Wisconsin in 2017, Josh owned his own boutique real estate firm, Alpine Commercial and prior to that worked at CB Richard Ellis, Inc. for seven years.
Josh specializes in retail leasing and disposition helping buyers/tenants and tenants/landlords reach their real estate goals. He focuses on tenant representation, site selection analysis, multi-store rollouts, shopping center leasing, and ground-up development. In addition, Josh offers consulting services, helping clients work with other third-party vendors. As a Wisconsin native, Josh understands trends specific to the area. He maintains strong relationships with local and national clients and is recognized for his attention to detail, strong work ethic and quality customer service.
Senior Vice President
John brings over 20 years of experience to his position. He has worked with local, regional and national retailers throughout Wisconsin, and represents restaurant and hospitality companies, drug and grocery stores and financial institutions in site-selection requirements.
Throughout his career, John has also worked with shopping center developers and owners in the development, leasing and selling of retail properties across the state. He has also disposed of excess property for both national retailers and local/regional property owner
Client Services Coordinator
As a Client Services Coordinator, Ashley performs a wide variety of specialized and complex tasks in support of the Colliers | Wisconsin Retail Team. Ashley participates in transaction management and facilitates successful lease and sale transactions for both clients and brokers. Ashley provides a high level of professionalism and superior client service to every assignment. She designs and manages a variety of marketing and promotional materials, assists with the compilation of research materials, and provides additional brokerage support services to ensure the success of each project in which she is involved. Ashley directly interacts with Clients to ensure their needs are being met and to provide an additional layer of support to each transaction.
Ashley previously served as the Brokerage Transaction Coordinator where she facilitated successful sale and lease transactions for clients and brokers by preparing listing contracts, drafting proposals, tracking and coordinating real estate signage needs, and creating marketing and promotional materials. In this role, Ashley supported brokers from all teams and gained a vast knowledge of many different types of transactions.
