Jake Tucker joined Colliers in July 2007 in brokerage services  until September 2013. After a year with the Van Auker Company where he worked alongside their Construction and Development teams, Jake rejoined Colliers in September 2014 and is focusing on industrial brokerage services and client management.

2013 - BOI Airport, Consultation team for Master Plan

United Metals, Inc: 2010 - Buyer’s Representative, Purchased 38,760 SF freestanding building on 
           5.9 acres at 3809 S. Eagleson Rd, Boise, Idaho, for their Boise Headquarters.
2012 - Buyer’s Representative, Purchased 7.1 acres in Chubbuck/Pocatello, Idaho.

Ozzy’s Car Co: 2014 - Buyer’s Representative, Purchased .766 acres located on the corner of 
Curtis Rd. and Chinden Blvd. in Boise, Idaho, for a car lot.

Kuzy Products, LLC: 2014 - Expanded in to 13,000 SF within a Van Auker Company building. Jake managed the lease  negations, design, bids, sub-contracts, scheduling, 
construction management and superintendent,  punch-list, occupancy, and commissioning of the project.



Jake was born and raised in Boise and grew up working with his father who owns a warehouse integration and material handling company. Hard work was instilled in Jake at a young age. Jake completed the International Finance Exchange Program at Mendelova University in Bruno, Czech Republic, and obtained a B.S in Business from Oregon State University.

Prior to jointing Colliers International in 2007, Jake was a Construction Engineer for Hensel Phelps Construction Co,, in Irvine, California. While there, Jake was part of the construction team working on a $300 million design/building project for UC Irvine Medical Center Hospital expansion, the largest construction project in Southern California at the time.

Jake’s background is unique to the industry with experience in material handling, construction, development, and real estate.
