I am an associate with Colliers International in Chicago. My specialty is representing corporate users with the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of space throughout Chicago and the nation. I am responsible for growing the tenant representation platform in the Chicagoland area.

I have established myself as an expert in the Chicago market and I distinguish myself through a strong work ethic, consistency and relentless pursuit of my clients’ interests. Prior to joining Colliers in 2017, I spent the previous two years working in the commercial real estate industry where I focused on tenant representation in the Chicagoland area.

My Team
Many of Colliers International’s largest clients, including Best Buy, ULTA, Bridgestone and KeHE Distributors, rely on my corporate real estate expertise. My team consists of professionals focusing on supply chain real estate. Areas of expertise include site selection, labor analytics, real estate capital markets, structuring and negotiation of lease and sale transactions, government incentives procurement, and construction procurement.
I am among the top annual producers across all of Colliers' service lines. In 2019 and 2015, I was Colliers International’s number one top Industrial professional in North America.
I am a principal at Colliers International | Chicago and a leader in the firm’s national Logistics and Transportation group. In addition, I am a member of Colliers' Chicago-based Executive Committee, where I provide strategic direction for the continued growth and development of the Chicago office.
As a Principal at Colliers, Brian is responsible for representing the industrial real estate needs for corporations throughout North America.
Through his career, he has completed transactions valued in excess of $2 billion and been nominated by industry peers on 5 separate occasions as Chicago’s Industrial Broker of the Year finalist. In 2020 Brian was awarded Illinois Real Estate Journal’s Broker of the Year. He was also the youngest in Colliers Chicago history to become a partner in the firm.
Brian is a member of the Colliers Industrial Advisory Group (IAG), an initiative focused on developing best practices across North America for the firm’s industrial occupier clientele. He is also a board member of NAIOP Chicago, the leading organization for developers, owners and investors of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use real estate. He is a member of Colliers Logistics and Transportation Solutions Group, an organization focused on supply chain strategy.
Brian is also involved with: St Judes Children’s Hospital, World Vision and the American Cancer Society.
Both private and publicly traded corporations rely on me to help them in the disposition, acquisition and development of commercial real estate. As an associate in the Industrial Advisory Group at Colliers International, I work alongside Brian Kling, a top industrial producer, to provide my clients with in-depth market knowledge on the southwestern suburban marketplace.
I previously interned with Colliers Chicago’s Investment Services team and assisted analysts by creating offering memorandums, which were then sent to potential buyers. I also canvassed the I-55, Waukegan and Fox Valley submarkets of Chicago creating a comprehensive database of more than 600 tenants. In addition, I toured clients through properties and updated more than 500 industrial properties in Colliers’ proprietary software system.
I also interned with Origami Capital Partners, a private equity fund in Chicago who specializes in acquiring distressed assets throughout the country. In this role, I assisted senior analysts in modeling distressed assets and commercial real estate portfolios; created quantitative analysis for investor committee memos; and sourced and contacted venture capital firms throughout the Midwest to identify potential investment opportunities.
Jeremy is an associate within Colliers International | Chicago’s Industrial Advisory Group. He focuses on representing companies in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and development of commercial real estate throughout North America.
Prior to joining Colliers, Jeremy worked for Avison Young in downtown Chicago specializing in office tenant representation.
Alexandra joined the Chicago Rosemont office as Client Services Coordinator with the Industrial and Logistics department after working 8 years in Colliers, Greece with most recent position Senior Associate Greece & Serbia.
With more than 8 years of real estate experience, she performs executive business support, assists senior management and department in proposals/presentations, coordinating events and monitoring outcomes. With an insightful ability to stimulate effective communication and motivate colleagues, she excels at coordinating projects and providing memorable service while partnering with all levels of management to support corporate objectives.
