Those transactions, in which he represented Landlords and select tenants, gave rise to Jarred's hard-won expertise in lease negotiations, market knowledge and financial analysis in South Florida commercial real estate. Jarred specializes in representing landlords in office leasing and commercial sales of prominent office buildings, across South Florida, and in urban Broward County in particular.

With more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience, as Managing Director, Office Leasing, Tom Farmer provides added depth and expertise to Team Kingsley-Rutchik - driven, passionate commercial real estate (CRE) advisors offering their expertise in both agency and tenant representation services for office and industrial clients
Before joining Colliers, Tom was Director of Office Leasing at Franklin Street, where he specialized in landlord representation for property owners and institutional clients in throughout Florida. Tom also represented select office, industrial and retail occupiers with site selection, strategy development, redevelopment, rebranding, and occupancy cost-saving initiatives .
Prior to Franklin Street, Tom was Senior Associate with CBRE’s Brokerage Services division. While there, Tom formulated and implemented comprehensive leasing strategies for more than 750,000 square feet of office properties, serving as principal for negotiation of prospective tenants.

Tyler de la Pena is part of a team of commercial real estate professionals, who deliver their expertise in both agency and tenant representation services for office and institutional clients, focused on occupier advisory services, representing the needs of tenants across South Florida.
Tyler joined Colliers International after three years as a corporate real estate advisor with CBRE focusing exclusively on office tenant representation. Prior to that, he was a financial analyst at Marcus and Millichap focusing on investment sales in the Hotel sector.
Tyler has six years of experience in South Florida’s commercial real estate industry. He is a South Florida native, with a deep understanding of South Florida’s unique real estate market challenges, as well as the fastest growing and most challenging areas within the South Florida market. Tyler graduated from Florida State University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. Tyler's financial background has proven beneficial in understanding the impact corporate real estate has on a business’s P&L and Balance Sheet, as well as the most ideal solutions to ensure corporate real estate is in line with, and contributing to the overall business goals.
Damla Barrett is part of a team of nine commercial real estate professionals, who deliver their expertise in both agency and tenant advisory services across South Florida. Damla’s focus is on medical, tech and financial occupier advisory services, acquiring and disposing of space on behalf of corporate clients.

Bridgette Taylor manages client service and strategic marketing for Team Kingsley-Rutchik - passionate, driven commercial real estate (CRE) advisors offering their expertise in both agency and tenant representation services for office and industrial clients. I also oversee transaction support, property marketing and team operations.
Bridgette joined Jonathan Kingsley and Stephen Rutchik in 2011 at JLL, where she was responsible for the creation of best-in-class property marketing campaigns and collateral, transaction support and client reporting. Prior to joining Team Kingsley-Rutchik, Bridgett'es marketing expertise served both Brokerage and Capital Markets (Investment Sales) specialties. During her tenure with JLL’s Capital Markets group, she managed research, marketing and client reporting, and was involved in the marketing of more than $1.5 billion in transactions.
Bridgette has more than nineteen years of commercial real estate experience and more than twenty-one years of graphic design and marketing experience.
Carmen Aquino is a marketing communications professional, with a background in Journalism, focused in the commercial real estate industry.

Regena Blue provides transactional support and operational structure for Team Kingsley- Rutchik - passionate, driven commercial real estate professionals, who deliver institutional agency leasing and occupier advisory services.
Prior to joining Colliers, Regena was a Transaction Analyst at JLL South Florida, and before that, she provided superior client services and real estate expertise to senior agency and tenant representation brokers at JLL, as a Leasing Assistant for twelve years, specializing in Agency Representation for trophy assets across the Miami-Dade office market Regena's responsibilities included preparing and issuing proposals, tracking leasing activity using VTS, preparing commission calculations and submitting invoices, following up on outstanding commission payments, maintaining
stacking plans, regularly updating listings, responding to inquiries and providing information, touring prospective tenants, preparing marketing deliverables (flyers, floor plans, websites), as well as various ad hoc requests.
