Strategic Operations Manager
Jacqui joined the Colliers team in 2011. and was promoted to her current role in 2017. As the Strategic Operations Manager for REMS U.S., she works directly with the REM U.S. leadership team to manage the strategic alignment of the national and local market teams. In this role Jacqui’s focus is on implementing systems, structing successful cross market communications, and bridging processes and procedures.

Prior to joining Colliers Jacqui spent over six years as the administrative assistant and office manager in the construction industry, where she assisted in all aspects of the day- to-day operations in a large volume specialty construction company.
Strategic Operations Specialist
As the Strategic Operations Specialist, Jonni McCray works closely with the REMS Strategic Operations Manager to help identify issues within the business and recommend/implement solutions across the REMS U.S. platform relevant to operations. Her role is key in overall communications, coordination, operational guidance, and support for the REMS U.S. Leadership team and designated markets. As part of her role, Jonni assists the local REMS offices and their Market Leaders with various operational tasks to help maintain the strategic alignment of the national and local market teams.
Jonni has worked within commercial real estate since 2003, joining Colliers in February 2009 as an administrative assistant. She spent nearly a decade working with and supporting John Dahlin and the Phoenix property management teams. In 2016, she was asked to take on additional responsibilities and align with REMS National Support, which grew into her current full-time position. Her career progression has provided experience in the various facets of the industry, including leasing, market research & analysis, property management, and real estate operations.
Operations & Communications Specialist
Washington, DC - REMS
Whitney joined Colliers in 2015 as a member of the national REMS team in the Washington D.C. office. She provides operations and administrative support to Karen Whitt and other senior level management. She is the point of contact for REMS announcements, newsletters and the REMS Hub page.
Prior to joining Colliers, she worked in a property management office in Georgetown, D.C., under Jamestown LP, providing administrative assistance to the property managers and accounts payable since 2013.

As the National Marketing and Communications Director for Real Estate Management Services, I ensure our marketing messages are targeted, consistent, and support Colliers’ overall strategy.
My team creates strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness with our existing and potential clients. Over my 16 years in commercial real estate, I have seen many different approaches to meeting client needs which is a perspective I try to bring to every project. I enjoy the creative aspect of my role and work to bring a fresh approach to our new business and communication strategy.
When I’m not in the office, you can find me at the velodrome or in the San Gabriel Mountains preparing for another bicycle race. My passion for cycling has led me to give back to the community in different ways, most recently as President of the Board for the Mid Atlantic Bike Racing Association prior to moving to the West Coast.
