While sharpening his excellent communication and social skills, he also performed comprehensive market research to generate qualified leads, educated prospects through technical analysis, and overcame objections by establishing trust and rapport to close sales transactions that ultimately benefited the end-user.
Jack also brings with him real estate experience through his property management internship at TL Properties where he procured in-depth market analysis skills, collaborated on advertisements and merchandise, facilitated contractors for work orders, and maintained a database of listings, leases, records, and sales.

In addition to his background as a commercial real estate broker, he has more than a decade of commercial construction experience and is also a partner/owner of multiple industrial assets. Steve brings to Colliers nearly 20 years’ experience with investment sales. Prior to joining Colliers, Steve was vice president with Matthews Real Estate Investment Services in Scottsdale where he trained and mentored a team of junior sales associates, was a top-20 producer nationally and was a recipient of the company’s prestigious Chairman Award.
Steve founded and managed Lowe & Associates General Contractors Inc in Oak Park, Illinois for more than a decade. While there, he gained invaluable experience as a licensed general contractor and developer in building rehabilitation, adaptive reuse, and ground-up construction, familiarizing him with the construction aspects of commercial real estate development.
Steve also served as an investment associate for Marcus & Millichap in Encino, California.

He carefully centralized, merged, corrected, customized, and digitized data collected by the team and quickly earned a promotion to associate with the team.
Anthony is a junior at Arizona State University, working toward his Bachelor of Science in Business Entrepreneurship. He also serves as the vice president of the University’s shooting club, The Gun Devils.
Dean Wiley is an associate with Colliers, specializing in industrial investment opportunities including industrial flex, warehouses, manufacturing, distribution, R&D, outdoor storage, and RV/boat facilities throughout the Greater Phoenix and Tucson areas. Managing deal flow, he developed a skill for tracking customer relationships from lead generation to partnership growth using Salesforce.
Before moving to Phoenix, Dean lived in Chicago where he was a senior sales executive for Traffix, one of North America’s longest-serving third-party logistics specialists where he designed and executed a business development strategy for each account and learned the customer side of logistics, providing him a unique perspective on the industrial market from the client’s vantage point.
As an administrative assistant in the Phoenix office of Colliers in Arizona, Linda Coy provides operational and marketing support to numerous brokerage professionals who specialize in the sale and leasing of office, industrial, retail and investment proprties. Linda joined Colliers in 2000.
