Tom Nicholas began his commercial real estate career with Colliers International in 1984. He specializes in corporate office and R&D leasing and sales, focusing on the Central San Diego office/R&D market and national corporate user assignments.
His time is equally divided between local, regional and national clients. Tom’s expertise includes: relocation strategies, lease renewal strategies, client right sizing, lease portfolio management, and multi city assignments.
Tom has provided local, regional and national corporate users with leasing and acquisition solutions, by using a basic understanding of business drivers that affect real estate decision-making (technology, human capital, modes of expansion and consolidation, corporate policy structure, and product/service life-cycles). He currently represents the largest privately held payroll firm in the United States.
