Jack Beare serves as Vice President for the Colliers Dallas office. Jack has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 5 years and acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience from his time at Holt Lunsford Commercial. Jack focuses his time on Office Agency Leasing overseeing 3.1 million square feet of Office Space throughout DFW assisting both private and institutional clients with project leasing in addition to assisting clients with investment sales, tenant representation, and new business development. Jack’s experience working with landlords and tenants has given him a unique perspective when assisting clients to execute their business plans through creative marketing, leasing and sales strategies.
Prior to joining Colliers, Jack worked as a Market Director at Holt Lunsford Commercial, where he oversaw the leasing of 2.4 million square foot portfolio representing both private and institutional clients. During this time his focus was to effectively implement marketing and leasing strategies in order to maximize his client’s returns. Additionally, Jack interned in Chicago for NAI Hiffman as a junior industrial tenant representative and in Dallas for Bessemer Trust as a junior private wealth advisor.
Jack received his BBA in Management and Consulting from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. While attending the University of Notre Dame, Jack lettered for 4 years on the Men’s Division I Lacrosse team where he served as a Team Captain in his senior year.

Marshall Mays is a Vice President in the Colliers Fort Worth office. Marshall has been in the commercial real estate industry in DFW for 10 years and brings with him valuable experience from time at both JLL and Holt Lunsford Commercial. He focuses on office project leasing, sales, tenant representation and business development in Tarrant County. Marshall’s experience working both sides of lease and sale transactions gives him valuable perspective to effectively execute creative leasing and sales strategies.
Prior to joining Colliers, Marshall started his real estate career as an analyst for JLL in the Fort Worth office, then joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2014. In that time, he gained exposure to both leasing and sales across several product types including land, industrial, and office. Most recently he focused on office project leasing, sales and tenant representation across Tarrant County and Las Colinas completing over 300 transactions worth over $108M in total consideration. He has been a licensed real estate broker since 2013 and has transactional experience on both sides of the Metroplex.
As an Associate Vice President within the Colliers Dallas office, Cole specializes in the marketing and leasing of a diverse portfolio of office properties representing both private and institutional clients.
Cole ensures he is offering the highest level of service to his clients with clear communication and strategic marketing for each individual asset he represents. His markets of focus are Dallas, Irving, and the mid cities where he specializes in Landlord representation services. He brings a unique perspective to the team due to his prior firms background in ownership and operation of office buildings.
Prior to joining Colliers, Cole spent the first five years of his career at TXRE Properties, where he assisted in growing the portfolio of 2.2 to 7.5 million square feet. Cole was responsible for leasing 3 million square feet of the portfolio and completed 450 lease transactions during his tenure there.
Cassidy Childers is a Client Services Coordinator supporting the Office Agency Leasing team. She thrives in fast-paced work environments and is valued for her organization to the team.
Prior to joining Colliers, Cassidy held similar roles in both residential and commercial real estate industries. With 5 years of experience, she led the effort to manage over 30 listings at a time, prepare comparative market analysis, send direct outreach, and coordinate and schedule closings.
