Jack Beare is an Associate Vice President within the Colliers Dallas office. Jack has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 4 years and acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience from his time at Holt Lunsford Commercial. Jack focuses his time on Office Agency Leasing where he assists both private and institutional clients with project leasing, sales, tenant representation, and business development. Jack’s experience working with landlords and tenants has given him a unique perspective when assisting clients to execute their business plans through creative marketing, leasing and sales strategies.
Prior to joining Colliers, Jack worked as a Market Director at Holt Lunsford Commercial, where he oversaw the leasing of 2.4 million square foot portfolio representing both private and institutional clients. During this time his focus was to effectively implement marketing and leasing strategies in order to maximize his client’s returns. Additionally, Jack interned in Chicago for NAI Hiffman as a junior industrial tenant representative and in Dallas for Bessemer Trust as a junior private wealth advisor.
Jack received his BBA in Management and Consulting from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. While attending the University of Notre Dame, Jack lettered for 4 years on the Men’s Division I Lacrosse team where he served as a Team Captain in his senior year.

Sara Terry is an Executive Vice President and Director for the Office Agency Leasing group at Colliers International’s Dallas-Fort Worth office. Sara brings 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on institutional grade Class AA office. Her extensive and diverse background ranges from property management, to construction management and landlord representation, which provides an advantage to her clients, as she offers a unique perspective and creative approach to problem solving.
Prior to joining Colliers, Sara spent most of her early career in Atlanta, working for Charlotte-based developer, Crescent Resources. At Crescent, she was responsible for leasing their 2.5 million square foot Atlanta portfolio, and completed several corporate relocations on behalf of the owner. Sara relocated to Dallas, Texas, in 2014, and joined Stream Realty, where she consistently ranked in the top 10% of producers nationwide and represented institutional owners for the leasing of several high profile Class A office buildings, including the repositioning and renovation of one of Dallas’ most iconic office towers, Trammell Crow Center.
Reegan Busby is a Senior Associate within Colliers’ Agency Leasing team where she specializes in strategic marketing and office leasing for institutional landlords throughout the DFW metroplex. Prior to being recruited over to help build the agency leasing platform at Colliers’ Dallas office, Ms. Busby spent 6 years representing a wide array of tenants from healthcare to financial institutions. With this she brings a unique experience to the agency leasing team on tenant perspective and a proactive approach to filling vacancy.
Prior to joining Colliers, Reegan worked in Los Angeles as an orthopedic medical device representative for Johnson & Johnson and ConMed Linvatec. Her role was to verify orthopedic implants, and help guide surgeons and staff through the surgery in the operating room. She was awarded various company accolades, including Presidents Cup, placing her in the top 3% of sales.
Mason Pritcher joins Colliers as an Associate Vice President working on the Office Agency Leasing team. He has 5 years of experience in creatively marketing properties, leasing, tenant representation and investment sales gaining key insight on the Dallas market. He leverages this experience to service clients by executing deals efficiently and effectively, providing above market returns and building trust. He also works to develop relationships with existing clients, future clients, and brokers in the Dallas market.
Prior to joining Colliers, Mason worked at Holt Lunsford Commercial for 5 years and left as a Market Director, where his analytic approach to problem solving helped him serve his 1.7 million square feet portfolio, representing both private and institutional investors. Prior to joining Holt Lunsford Commercial, he worked for Kartsen Advisors, a private wealth management firm, where he provided securities analysis modeling and assisted with tax prep for all their clients.
Mason received his BBA in Entrepreneurial Management with a focus in Finance from Dallas Baptist University. While at DBU he lettered in Track & Field as well as participated on the club Lacrosse team.
Lauren joined Colliers in 2022 with tremendous experience working in the commercial title industry. Her primary accomplishments include assisting in closing hotel and vacant land transactions among many others.
Lauren graduated with a degree in Sociology from Dallas Baptist University in 2019. She chose to pursue brokerage in the office leasing space to further challenge and diversify her career in the industry. She thrives in fast-paced work environments with high levels of relationship building skills and valued for her organization to the Colliers office leasing team. Lauren supports the team by coordinating with the marketing group, conducting market research used for client marketing materials, and assisting in pitch presentations.
Marshall Mays is a Vice President in the Colliers Fort Worth office. Marshall has been in the commercial real estate industry in DFW for 10 years and brings with him valuable experience from time at both JLL and Holt Lunsford Commercial. He focuses on office project leasing, sales, tenant representation and business development in Tarrant County. Marshall’s experience working both sides of lease and sale transactions gives him valuable perspective to effectively execute creative leasing and sales strategies.
Prior to joining Colliers, Marshall started his real estate career as an analyst for JLL in the Fort Worth office, then joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2014. In that time, he gained exposure to both leasing and sales across several product types including land, industrial, and office. Most recently he focused on office project leasing, sales and tenant representation across Tarrant County and Las Colinas completing over 300 transactions worth over $108M in total consideration. He has been a licensed real estate broker since 2013 and has transactional experience on both sides of the Metroplex.
