Ivonne Gonzalez joined Colliers in 2007 as a member of the Office Services Group. She brings more than nine years of commercial real estate experience to our team. Prior to moving to the Houston office, Ivonne was working for an independent owner/developer supporting the construction department as a Construction Coordinator, which entailed abstracting leases, monitoring critical dates through the due diligence process, review, track and notify tenants of plan approvals, overseeing tenant build-outs, administer tenant improvement allowance along with a host of other activities.
Working in the Capital Markets group, Ivonne provides a high level of marketing support from coordination of marketing programs to the individual needs of each project to achieve maximum productivity, communication and client satisfaction. Ivonne provides brokerage support services including promotional and marketing materials, working with financial analysis software, contact and database management along with a host of other activities related to the various landlord representation assignments as well as acquisition and disposition of investment grade properties.
Through her previous positions, Ivonne has experienced a variety of aspects of the commercial real estate business including site selection and disposition, leasing, user sales and investment grade sale transactions as well as property management and construction management, to name a few. Her strong technical skills, background with computer applications and her great attitude offer a combination of skills necessary to manage the project and provide an innovative marketing strategy and promotional materials specific to each client and their respective projects.

David Carter, Principal, Director and sits on the Governance Council. Titans Award recipient for top revenue producer and Everest Award recipient for top production across the enterprise. Carter specializes in the areas of brokerage and investment sales of office, flex and industrial buildings. Carter has successfully represented an extensive client base in dispositions, sale leaseback, build to suit, joint ventures, partnership structure, acquisitions and development.
Expertise, knowledge and commitment to clients are Carter’s skill set that allow his clients to make critical decisions with the right information, delivering valuable real estate solutions to grow their business.
Carter has consistently been recognized as a Houston top producer in commercial real estate since 1997 and has earned the professional designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), President in 2009.
He is a member of NAIOP and licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree specializing in Finance from Sam Houston State University and is a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity.
Mr. Charles Herder is a principal shareholder and Chairman Emeritus of Colliers in Houston. He also has served on the Colliers International Board of Advisors, providing governance and leadership to Colliers nationwide.
Throughout his career, Mr. Herder has assisted a broad range of clients with their real estate needs. He combines an engineering background and strong skills in financial analysis with more than 35 years of experience to help his clients achieve their real estate goals. He has completed major assignments in the fields of office leasing, industrial sales/leases and investment sales. As his practice has matured, he has taken select consulting assignments and advisory roles in helping his clients plan for the future. Most recently, Mr. Herder has been involved in major investment sales involving complex structures and subtle negotiations, adding substantial value for his clients. He enjoys the real estate profession and remains active. One of his greatest joys is to see the firm he joined when there were only four members, now eclipsing 175...the families supported by this firm, the children growing up, the new associates joining...all gives a sense of sincere satisfaction to his life.
Jason focuses primarily on industrial real estate investment sales. This includes buyer representation, property disposition, build-to-suit evaluations, development, sale-leasebacks, design-build, and other investment oriented transactions. He has more than 10 years of experience within the investment services sector and represents clients ranging from small private funds and family offices to publically traded REITs and other institutional investors.
Prior to Colliers, Jason worked for a small boutique commercial real estate firm where he was responsible for the upstart of the investment sales division.
Jeffrey Peltier, a Senior Vice President with Colliers, is an Office and Industrial Tenant/Landlord Rep advisor, specializing in comprehensive real estate strategies, including financial analysis, lease negotiations, acquisitions and dispositions. He assists clients in making informed decisions with their office and Industrial space requirements, all while providing excellent service and exceeding his clients’ expectations. Mr. Peltier’s client base ranges from Oil and Gas and engineering firms to companies in the financial and technology industries.
Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Peltier acquired extensive knowledge while working with the Houston based REIT in project leasing. He was part of the team responsible for leasing the company’s current 6 million square foot office and industrial portfolio. His experience working on the ownership side has allowed him to develop the skills necessary to successfully meet all of the needs of his clients. Most recently, Jeff was a Tenant Rep Broker at Cresa Houston.
Ben Etskovitz is a Vice President and Co-Founder of the car wash division within the Colliers Houston office. The car wash division is a full-service national investment advisory group specializing in the acquisition and disposition of car washes and automotive assets throughout the United States. The team's relationships with qualified private equity-backed car wash chains, family offices, developers, and private investors enable them to tactically match buyers with sellers to maximize and achieve the greatest outcome for their clients. With extensive industry relationships, Ben has access to capital from a broad base of out-of-state and international investors, creating a greater opportunity to deliver the best results for his clients.

Prior to joining Colliers, Ben worked at Marcus & Millichap creating the firm's Houston-based car wash division with the vision of adding value to clients by specializing in a traditionally unspecialized asset class. During his time there, he closed more than $100 million worth of car wash-related transactions. Ben consistently ranked as a top-producing NNN advisor and has been featured in Carwash.com, Car Wash Magazine, Auto Laundry News, Petroplaza.com, and many more.
Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Ben worked with a Texas-based commercial real estate developer where he oversaw acquisitions and dispositions on the principal side. During this time, he was directly responsible for business development and analyzing opportunities in emerging markets.
Prior to his career in real estate, he was an Operations Manager with the largest steel company in North America where he ran an operations team of more than 30 employees while managing relationships and selling activity with more than 60 key industrial suppliers. He also developed and executed effective bidding and pricing strategies that played an integral role in increasing the company’s ROI.
Ben is originally from Philadelphia, Penn., and is a graduate of The University of Arizona where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Communications.
Sam Etskovitz is a Vice President and Co-Founder of the Car Wash Division within the Colliers Houston office. The Car Wash Division is a full-service national advisory firm helping clients buy, sell, grow, and strategically partner within the car wash industry. The team’s expertise in the car wash space offers buyers and sellers a client-first and consultative approach to brokerage. Sam’s vast knowledge of the current market coupled with his background in the real estate and financial services industries has proven to be beneficial in servicing his clients to ensure returns are maximized and needs are met.
Prior to joining Colliers, Sam worked at Marcus & Millichap where he founded the firm’s Houston car wash division. While at M&M, Sam led a team of car wash advisors to transact more than $100 million of car wash and NNN assets. Sam consistently ranked as a top-producing NNN advisor and has been featured in Carwash.com, Car Wash Magazine, Auto Laundry News, Petroplaza.com and many more.

Before his career in real estate, Sam spent time in the steel industry where he worked for the largest steel manufacturer in North America – purchasing roughly 12,000 tons of steel per year and as a consultant for a prominent accounting firm where he led audit engagements focusing on analyzing financial and operational deficiencies.
Originally from Philadelphia, Sam is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University where he holds a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management and a minor in Real Estate Finance.
Mason Rabel is an Associate and first added partner to the Car Wash Division at Colliers. The Colliers Car Wash Division is a full-service advisory group helping clients buy, sell, grow, and strategically partner within the car wash industry. Over the years, the team has been able to grow a substantial number of contacts in the Car Wash space including, but not limited to, private equity-backed car wash chains, family offices, developers, and private investors. Prior to joining Colliers International, Mason worked at Marcus & Millichap where he initially joined Ben and Sam Etskovitz in the firm’s Houston Car Wash Division. Mason attended Louisiana State University where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in finance accompanied by a minor in construction management.
