Hunter Adams primary focus is in representing corporations, landlords, tenants and investors in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of warehouse space in the Greater Memphis Area, which includes Western Tennessee and Northern Mississippi.
Hunter’s comprehensive knowledge of the Memphis industrial market has led him to being involved in over 50 transactions and over 3 million square feet since joining Colliers International in early 2014. His broad knowledge of the greater Memphis industrial market has provided him with great local and national clients, such as S & B Packaging, Jones Fiber, ProLogis, Florida Beauty Flora, Sears, Conn’s, Ewing Moving and Storage, Dunavant Enterprises, All Star Products, Dollar Tree, Command Line Systems, Urban Air, Trampoline Parks and several local and regional banks, including First Tennessee Bank and First State Bank.
