As a Senior Property Manager, Holly McNally oversees the day-to-day management and operations of three portfolios: a two-building, 570,000 SF multi-tenant office portfolio located at 103rd and N. Meridian Streets and two industrial parks on the Indianapolis northeast side ― at 242,700 SF and 303,764 SF.
Her responsibilities include staffing, financial performance and reporting, NOI optimization, tenant and vendor relationships, and assistance with leasing and retention efforts.
Holly is a highly seasoned professional with an extensive and diverse history in property management. Most recently, she was Senior Property Manager for a national investment and development firm managing a 320,000 SF office portfolio. Prior to that, she was Director of Operations - Midwest Region, with operational oversight of a 3.5 MSF multi-state healthcare portfolio.

Bob Borden is a Maintenance Engineer in Colliers International’s Real Estate Management Services division, overseeing the maintenance and building operations of a distinctive 320,000 SF multi-tenant office building at 10330 North Meridian Street.
Bob’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the oversight of all contractors in the portfolio, assisting supervision of construction on the premise, 24/7 emergency property needs, responds to all maintenance requests from building tenants, and performs preventative maintenance on building equipment.
As an Assistant Property Manager within the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) division, Nikki is a member of a dedicated team overseeing the maintenance and building operations of a distinctive 320,000 SF multi-tenant office building located at 10330 North Meridian Street and approximately 242,700 SF of industrial space located on the Southeast side of Indianapolis.
The team provides critical services within all facets of property management including tenant relations, budgets, operations, construction, leasing, accounting, operating expense reconciliations, and emergency response.
Before joining Colliers, Nikki has an extensive career in facilities management, working with Cushman & Wakefield, Ambrose Property Group, and RMR Group (formerly REIT & Research LLC).
In her spare time, Nikki thoroughly enjoys her family time ― loving the outdoors ― whether it’s camping, tending to their garden, riding bicycles, or sledding down their neighbor’s hill.
Paul Kite oversees engineering services for multi-tenant, mixed-use facilities. Paul is responsible for the oversight of all vendors performing work at the properties and is on call 24/7 for any tenant need or emergency. He is also responsible for the completion of owner requested weekly operations checklist that reviews all property operations, including landscaping, snow removal, structural issues, vacant space conditions, roof inspections, fire / life safety issues, electrical issues, HVAC, and plumbing / irrigation issues.
Prior to joining Colliers, Paul managed a variety of mixed use and retail properties primarily in the Glendale area for Kite Realty Group (no relation!). He has also served his community as the Fire Chief for the City of Greenwood and former Head Football Coach for Center Grove Middle School.
Paul has completed the Occupational Safety and Health Standards for General Industry for the private sector that covers OSHA policies, procedures, and standards, as well as general industry safety and health principles.
In his spare time, Paul enjoys spending time with family including his 11 grandchildren.
