Heather Selby has worked in commercial real estate since 2008. Prior to joining the Colliers International Real Estate Management Services team in 2016, Heather served as a Property Management Assistant at NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson (NAI NBS) for 6 years.
As an Assistant Property Manager at Colliers, Heather was responsible for a portfolio of approximately 412,170 RSF, including a four-story office building in downtown Portland, an industrial warehouse in Tigard, and a campus of three office buildings with an offsite parking garage near the Ross Island Bridge.
Heather managed a portfolio of eight properties over 700,000 SF through the difficulties of 2020 and 2021.

Accomplishments
2017: As part of the Colliers Cancer Crushers team, Heather walked in the 2017 Portland to Coast relay, collectively raising $5,650.39 (exceeding the $4,000 goal) for the Providence Cancer Center. The Crushers completed the 130-mile race with a time of 36:54:38 placing 383 out of 400 walking teams.
