Harrison Kane joins Colliers Houston as a Senior Vice President. He represents his clients on both the acquisition and sale sides of transactions.
He focuses on land tracts (urban or suburban) for single family, multifamily, retail and industrial development. He oversees all aspects of the transaction process for his clients.
Harrison works with and represents landowners throughout the greater Houston area and helps them create a competitive bidding situation in order to maximize the value and shorten the timeline of each transaction. He also works on investment sales in the transitioning submarkets of Houston where there is great redevelopment potential.
Harrison is a sixth-generation Houstonian who graduated from Episcopal High School. He then went on to the University of Georgia where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Harrison holds his Real Estate Broker’s License in the State of Texas. Prior to Colliers, he worked for McAlister Real Estate and Rockspring Properties focusing on land transactions.

Director of Market Research
Lisa joined Colliers in 2010 as Director of Market Research and has 37 years of commercial real estate experience. Lisa initiates proactive market research projects to further the business goals of the company. She writes and prepares 29 market reports annually, including quarterly reports on Houston's retail, office, industrial and healthcare properties. Further, she prepares statistical ownership reports for various clients as well as an annual Houston Economic Overview. Lisa also creates PowerPoint market presentations, trade journal articles, and other marketing materials supporting the company's business endeavors. She works with senior management in planning the company's marketing strategy and public relations support for local and national conferences, luncheon meetings, recruitment programs, and special events. Lisa works closely with the company's brokers to develop effective custom market research material specific to existing and potential clients.
Lisa serves on the Colliers Editorial Board, the Colliers U.S. Research Council, and is a recipient of the Colliers Researcher of the Year Award.
Lisa earned the Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC) from Colliers University. CPRC is the first and only accreditation for commercial real estate research professionals. It offers a professional development path to increase strategic and tactical expertise in marketing/research, knowledge of the industry and capabilities with commercial real estate tools.

Bringing 32 years of experience in commercial real estate, Marilynne joined Colliers in 2018 to provide financial analysis to the company’s leasing and investment sales teams for all types of assets, including the following types of financial analysis:

Prior to joining Colliers, she specialized in advising companies regarding their financial analysis for commercial real estate requirements or investments for 17 years. Marilynne also has a background in commercial mortgage underwriting/loan originations and commercial real estate appraisal.
Bethany is a commercial real estate professional with legal experience. She translates her creative and innovative ideas across all service lines in this ever-changing industry. Bethany excels at providing excellent customer service to both her internal team and external clients. She delivers high-quality capital markets, tenant and landlord representation, and property marketing reports and presentations. She is highly organized and has a keen eye for details, ensuring a high standard of quality in everything she does.
As the primary project coordinator for the Colliers office in Houston, she supports a team of advisors who specialize in all property types including land, office, retail, industrial, healthcare, and investments. She works on projects from proposal stages to closing and strives to help her team exceed their clients’ needs and expectations.

Chris Hutcheson joins Colliers in Houston as Senior Vice President in the Land Advisory Services group. He specializes in representing landowners, developers and investors in the acquisition and disposition of land in the Texas Triangle. Throughout his 20-year real estate career, Chris has been involved in the sales of over 30,000 acres valued at over 1 Billion dollars.
Chris’ local market expertise and dedication to his clients’ best interests has helped earn him many long-lasting relationships with individuals and companies who rely on his advice to help make informative real estate decisions.

James Kadlick joins Colliers in Houston as a Senior Vice President in the Land Advisory Services group. His primary area of expertise is in the Texas Land markets with a focus on urban development. He has brokered thousands of acres of land to single family developers in and around Houston as well as worked with a myriad of buyers and sellers including, investors, retail developers, and apartment developers.
