"Gwen Knight and the Colliers team were diligent in every step of the sales process beginning with market research and valuation, the vetting of prospective buyers, preparatioin of a comprehensive property information package and assisting in streamlining the due diligence process with the eventual buyer.  The fact that the entire process from the original submittal of the buyer's letter of intent to sale closing took less than six weeks speaks to the value that Gwen and the Colliers team brought to the process.  We had several outstanding candidates available to represent us in the sales process and the results of this transaction validated our choice of the Colliers team."  ...Mike Barry, Owen Ridge Development

"Gwen was the driving force in keeping this award-winning, high profile and seemingly impossible project on tract and within budget."  ...Mark Schnuck, President, The DESCO Group

"I would note that you [Gwen Knight and Jared Booth] have been more thorough and on top of things in these transactions than most ... the transaction would have likely cost your clients (and my clients) much more in attorney fees without the information provided to me in a succinct and clear manner as you did. "  ...Tyler Foutz, Partner, Fetzer Booth LLC

“Gwen’s knowledge and expertise were invaluable in guiding Easter Seals Midwest through an extensive and very complicated transaction.  Gwen provided informative and concise reports for presentation to the Real Estate Committee and Board of Directors.  She has an excellent understanding of all aspects of real estate, as well as being sensitive to our Board approval requirements.”  … John Adkins, EVP & CFO, Easter Seals Midwest
