Greyson Morgan, MAI is a Senior Valuation Specialist with the Raleigh office of Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services. His primary focus is on the valuation of office, industrial, and retail properties.
Previous valuation experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including freestanding retail, community, power, and neighborhood shopping centers, single and multitenant office buildings, medical buildings, industrial warehouses, daycare centers, highway right-of-way acquisitions, poultry & swine operations, farmland, multifamily developments, mobile home parks, and restaurants.
Greyson received his B.B.A. in Management from Mount Olive College and B.B.A. in Finance from East Carolina University. He is also a designated member of the Appraisal Institute. Greyson holds his North Carolina Real Estate Brokers License and is a licensed North Carolina Auctioneer.
