Professional Summary
I specialize in downtown retail and office properties as well as land on both the tenant and landlord side.
Having grown up around real estate as part of the family business and being from the Upstate of South Carolina, my knowledge of this market is strong and has proven to be an asset for my clients over the years.
My understanding and experience working through the financial aspects of the industry also helps me guide clients towards smart business decisions.
I find solving challenges and reaching creative solutions the most rewarding part of brokerage in addition to helping bring new businesses into the upstate and seeing the positive impact they have on the community.
My clients include local and national landlords as well as businesses looking to find their perfect location in the Spartanburg area.
Accomplishments
I was recognized as a Circle of Excellence winner in 2018 for my role in several transactions in Spartanburg and earned my CCIM designation in 2019. In 2021, I was the recipient of the Colliers | South Carolina Rising Star Award.
Education
I graduated from Clemson University with a business management degree with a concentration in entrepreneurship and a minor in political science.
During college, I worked for Chase E. Furnas & Co., performing property management and brokerage duties for residential and commercial properties. After graduation, I spent three years at a local brokerage firm in Spartanburg, further expanding my skills in commercial brokerage, development and investment before starting at Colliers, further expanding my skills.
Memberships & Involvements
I serve the community by volunteering my time for organizations like United Way and local fundraising events, am a Leadership Spartanburg 2019 graduate, a Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador and a Board Chair of the Spartanburg Young Professionals Group.
In my free time you can find me playing basketball, spending time on the water, wakeboarding, riding motorcycles and spending time with friends and family.
