Chris Connell is currently a Senior Vice President in the Investments and Leasing Division of Colliers International, which consistently ranks at the top of all commercial real estate firms in Nevada. He has been with Colliers International since 2011. Chris’s primary discipline is the sale and leasing of office and retail product types for both Landlord and Tenant alike.
Kimberlee joined Colliers in 2007 after 12 years at LaSalle National Bank in Chicago, IL. She has 10+ years in the commercial real estate industry, with a concentration on deal administration, marketing product, and client communication.
As the Marketing Specialist for the Investment Sales and Acquisitions Division in Las Vegas, she is responsible for all team management functions such as lease and sale coordination, managing property listings, web and print marketing, and client communication and relations. Kimberlee’s attention to detail and marketing techniques ensure the team provides maximum exposure for their clients’ properties and enables the team to focus on their client’s direct needs.
