Grant joined Colliers in January 2018 as a Transaction Coordinator for a top Atlanta-based industrial services team, specializing in corporate multi-market accounts.
As Senior Associate, Grant leads portfolio and transaction management across North America for multiple Fortune 500 companies & high-growth PE-backed customers, with combined portfolios in excess of 1,250 locations & encompassing 60M+ SF. To date, Grant has led or actively been involved in assignments spanning all 50 US States, Canada and Mexico, with a cumulative completed transaction volume of more than $500M.
Prior to Colliers, Grant worked in Atlanta's Class A office market, on the leasing team for Cousins Properties. Grant attended Young Harris College & The University of Georgia, graduating from UGA’s Terry College of Business with a Real Estate degree. In his leisure time, he enjoys watching college football (Go Dawgs!), boating on Lake Chatuge, and spending time with his family and dog, Woodford.

Douglas Biggs is a strategic advisor to Fortune 500 corporations interested in executing effective real estate decisions across the United States. He leads a corporate services team based within the Colliers Atlanta office. His tenured team provides extensive market insights to guide both office and industrial transactions, leasing, sales and landlord/tenant for companies in a variety of sectors. His expertise includes: site acquisition, advanced leasing negotiations, space dispositions, build-to-suit consultation, lease audit counsel, portfolio valuation and corporate finance.
Personal service and personalized solutions are cornerstones in his practice. He attributes these factors to sustaining his long-term client relations. With a background in economics and finance, Douglas applies distinct business acumen to address real estate challenges faced by companies including: WestRock, HD Supply, General Mills, ThyssenKrupp Materials, Biggs & Stratton, Illinois Tool Works, General Electric, the Interpublic Group, Masco, Nexen Tire America, Propex, Dade Paper & Bag and AT&T.
To date, Douglas has negotiated hundreds of transactions totaling more than 50 million square feet of property throughout 31 states and 5 continents.
In addition, Douglas is a founding member of the Colliers National Industrial Occupier Panel, a member of the Colliers Logistics & Transportation Group, and sits on the Colliers International-Atlanta Board of Directors.
He is consistently recognized as one of the top industrial brokers in Metro Atlanta. Over his career, Darren has completed over 500 transactions, with a total consideration in excess of $500M.
Darren also serves as the Director of the Atlanta Industrial Services Group (ISG). In this role, Darren is responsible for leading the multi-disciplinary team; the integration of client services; and the aggregation of the proprietary market data for the benefit of ISG clients. Today the ISG is a nationally recognized practice group within Colliers that is widely known as the strongest industrial brokerage firm in the United States.
Jessica serves as the Senior Client Services Coordinator to the Industrial Services Group, the Land and Property Consulting Group as well as the Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Group.
Jessica’s role is to provide efficiency and thoroughness to the professional support services of the industrial and land services team including pitches, surveys, financial analysis lease abstracts, BOV’s, demographic reports, marketing support and research aiding my team obtain and complete acquisition, disposition, and leasing projects.
