Grant’s primary role at Colliers is assisting and consulting commercial real estate owners with the valuation of properties, performing in-depth analysis on investment scenarios, and representation in the sale of commercial investment properties. Grant’s primary focus is helping clients achieve their investment goals with less stress, effort and wasted time, while providing them the highest possible return on investment. Prior to his current position, Grant was the analyst for Colliers Columbus. Having a background in research and analysis enables him to bring a unique skill set to his team and clients’ portfolio.

Grant graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration where he specialized in Real Estate and Urban Analysis.


Grant has completed retail investment transactions over $150 million dollars in multiple Midwest states ranging from multi-tenant strip centers to vacant big boxes. Grant has personally contributed to multiple Business First real estate articles, NAIOP’s commercial real estate publication, and has written dozens of investment and market trends reports for Colliers International and the retail investment team.

Grant has also earned his CCIM designation, establishing himself as a top investment professional in the Midwest market.
