Vice President, People Strategy, Operations & Total Rewards | North America
Graham’s vision is to deliver a superior people experience by aiming for a more intuitive and innovative set of tools, processes and strategic programs. To accomplish this, he has the privilege of leading the HR Technology, Strategy & Operations team for Colliers across North America. From a Strategy & Operations perspective, he is responsible for advising on HR strategy, delivering on HR operational objectives and overseeing HR integrations from recently acquired businesses. On the technology side, Graham oversaw the implementation of Workday for North America in 2019, and currently leads the team responsible for Workday's sustainment and evolution.
Graham originally joined Colliers in May 2010, working closely with the Global People Officer on Global People Services process, program and strategic alignment with overall organizational goals.
Graham's background includes 20+ years of HR experience ranging from Corporate/Manufacturing HR support and management at Avery Dennison Corporation to HR strategy consulting with Deloitte Consulting where he served large, global clients in the Entertainment, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Telecommunications, Energy and Technology industries.
MBA, Marketing/Strategic Management - AB Freeman School of Business, Tulane University (New Orleans, LA) with studies at USC Marshall School of Business during Post-Katrina Recovery
BA, Anthropology - Pomona College (Claremont, CA)
