Professional Summary
Grace Dillon is a Graphic Designer within the Colliers marketing division and is based in Chicago. She provides branding and campaign solutions by integrating written and visual messages. She is a branding and marketing-focused graphic designer using Adobe Creative Suite programs as well as Microsoft Office to create elements that are suitable across all visual media.
Grace is also a classically trained oil painter who enjoys getting her hands dirty in other fine arts like sculpture, mixed media, acrylic painting, sketching and fibers. Use of space, design, color and concept are all important in her design process.
Prior to joining Colliers, Grace spent time as a freelance designer under her own LLC, Grace Dillon Design, where she created identity packages, branding, and marketing materials for numerous companies from small startups to large organizations. Grace has worked for AAR, Dynamis, Hillard Heintze, and Lamar Johnson Collaborative creating infographics, PowerPoint decks and a variety of marketing collateral, and booklets.
Education
A University of Missouri graduate, Grace earned a bachelor’s degree in fine arts for graphic design and a minor in geography. To further her skills, she took summer courses at the Art Institute of Chicago in photography, mixed media and painting.

Grace grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago but now lives in Bucktown and considers herself a true Chicagoan. Traveling has become a central focus in her life and it influences her perspective of the world as well as her art and design. She has a home art studio where she draws, paints, and spends her free time creating pieces for friends and family.

Laura has 15 years of experience in the real estate industry and more than 20 years of graphic design and advertising expertise.
As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist for Colliers Chicago, Onofrio elevates the creative and technical aspects of marketing on behalf of internal and external stakeholders. Working with the local marketing team, he utilizes his 24 years of experience to develop digital marketing strategies that implement best-in-class methods in the Chicago metropolitan area.
His responsibilities encompass custom property websites, digital presentations, video production, email marketing campaigns, social media strategies, training and onboarding, and internal digital initiatives that enhance and raise the profile of our organization and professionals.
As a service-oriented professional with a commitment to producing results within strict deadlines, Onofrio ensures materials are delivered with the highest quality and branding standards. As a graphic designer, Evan specializes in the development of marketing collateral including proposals, brochures, signage, email campaigns, investment offerings, advertising and presentations for the Chicago office of Colliers.
His advanced proficiency in design software and past experience working with external printers and agencies add value to his current position.
Previously, Evan worked as a graphic arts coordinator for KeHE Distributors. Evan’s responsibilities at KeHE included the production of monthly, annual and seasonal food publications. Additionally, he developed and designed trade show signage, advertisements, banners and digital Graphics.
Evan has also worked in marketing for the Chicago Sun-Times and Pioneer Press Newspapers.
