Gary Grochowski, SIOR is a Senior Vice President & Director of Agency Leasing in the Southeastern Michigan Region. He has extensive knowledge and experience in office, medical, and hi-tech properties throughout the Midwest. Gary's focus is in the sales and leasing of office properties and he has transacted various asset classes, including industrial, land and multi-family. Since being licensed in 1999, he has completed in excess of 500 transactions.
Responsibilities include expansion and development of the office leasing portfolio and encompass all aspects of the commercial real estate business: sales, leasing, asset management, corporate solutions, valuation and capital services.
