As Senior Vice President at Colliers International, I focus on  multifamily and manufactured housing communities. I have represented a wide variety of major institutions, individuals, and partnerships over the past 30 years in the sale of investment real estate assets. In my career  I have completed transactions with a combined market value in excess of two billion dollars.

Employment growth through the first quarter of 2021 drove increased demand for apartments across much of the United States, although a recent slowdown in job growth may impact the market going forward. 2020 Q4 Multifamily Ohio Report Colliers

The longest period of economic expansion in post-war history came to an abrupt halt when annualized GDP growth for Q1 2020 slipped into negative territory as the COVID-19 pandemic began to impact global markets. The ensuing government-mandated business restrictions and shelter-in-place orders contributed to a record plunge in GDP during Q2 of 31.4%.
