Professional Summary
Gabrielle Chock is a member of the Retail Services Division of Colliers International, Hawaii's largest commercial real estate brokerage organization. She was initially drawn to commercial real estate as an undergraduate at UCLA. Mentored by the professionals at Colliers Hawaii, Ms. Chock is excited to further pursue her passion for commercial real estate.
Ms. Chock's real estate experience began at Newmark Merrill Companies. She had the opportunity to work on the day-to-day operations of managing over forty shopping centers in California. She also worked in the office division at CBRE in Beverly Hills, focusing on projects in the media, entertainment, and technology fields. These experiences expanded her knowledge of commercial real estate as she was exposed to numerous office and retail projects in Los Angeles. Now, Ms. Chock primarily focuses on in-fill and project retail leasing. Sharpened knowledge and proficiency come from her experience in working for institutions such as Kamehameha Schools, Met Life, M&J Wilkow, MIG Real Estate, Washington Prime Group, Stanford Carr Development, Outrigger Hospitality Group and Prospac Holdings Group. She devotes her time working on SALT At Our Kaka'ako, Pearlridge Shopping Center, Azure Ala Moana, Mililani Shopping Center, Town Center of Mililani, Halekulani, and Outrigger Waikiki to name a few.
While born and raised in Hawaii, Ms. Chock lived in Florida and New York where she pursued ballet professionally. During this time, she won numerous international ballet competitions and was offered several professional ballet company contracts. Ms. Chock continues to be active in the dance community and is determined to be a positive role model for future dancers. Dance has taught her the level of dedication and hard work it takes to succeed which has now transferred to her commercial real estate career.
