Assisting Colliers’ Multi-family, Retail, Office and Capital Markets teams with commercial property sales, leases, marketing and account management. I provide necessary client services, including contracts, listing management and marketing for my teams. Marketing responsibilities include creating and updating OMs, brochures, e-blasts, tour books, postcards, proposals social media posts and coordinating press releases. Implementing Colliers’ new re-brand initiative across all team marketing assets, including rebranding all team promotional material and recreating e-mail campaigns reflecting new branding on new Salesforce driven e-mail studio platform. Account management includes listing management with listing services, LOIs, proposals, contracts and deal administration.
