Gabriella assists Colliers’ Multi-family, Retail, Office and Capital Markets teams with commercial property sales, leases, marketing and account management. She coordinates contracts, manages listings and provides marketing for her teams. Marketing responsibilities include creating and updating OMs, brochures, e-blasts, tour books, postcards, proposals social media posts and coordinating press releases. She has been Implementing Colliers’ new re-brand initiative across all team marketing assets, including rebranding all team promotional material and recreating e-mail campaigns reflecting new branding on the new Salesforce driven e-mail studio platform.
