Based in Colliers Birmingham Office, Cole Wiand serves as an Associate Investment broker for The Jonna Group which is nationally recognized as an industry leader specializing in the sale of Multifamily, Retail, and Industrial Net-Lease Corporate Brands. As part of an 11 person team, Cole specializes in industrial and retail net-lease credit-tenant dealflow.
Cole began his career in luxury residential construction at Hunter Roberts Homes working in several areas of the business including site management, finance, marketing, and photography/videography. While at the University of Michigan, Cole’s entrepreneurial skillset led him to start two successful businesses: HWM Solutions & Heritage Limewash where he excelled in business development, leadership, and operations / staffing.
Alex Cross is based in Birmingham, MI and Miami, FL and is responsible for the management of his clients’ real estate portfolios across the U.S., advising them on acquisitions, dispositions, and financing of their investments. Alex serves a broad spectrum of clients ranging from private individuals, developers and landlords to leading corporations and large institutional investors.
Alex began his career with Plante Moran CRESA as a real estate consultant, guiding corporations through the lease, buy, or build process. He then chose to focus on commercial real estate investment sales at the brokerage firm Encore in Farmington Hills, MI. There he was a real estate investment broker before joining Colliers.
Alex works alongside the Jonna Group, a leading national investment division within Colliers. He has been involved in executing over $500 million in transaction volume encompassing industrial, office and retail product throughout the U.S.
