Professional Summary

Eric joined Colliers’ Investment Sales division in early 2019, focusing on Healthcare and Suburban Office assets. Eric’s refreshing approach employs thoughtful and creative marketing strategies that are grounded in an exceptionally strong financial understanding of capital structuring and debt markets that puts him in lockstep with an owner’s goals. It is the invariable intricacies and complications of sales transactions, and building solutions, that he finds most rewarding about commercial real estate and why he is such a valued partner to his clients. Throughout his career, Eric has been involved in the underwriting of transactions valued at over three billion.

Prior to Colliers, Eric was a part of Marcus & Millichap’s Office & Industrial Real Estate Group and Net Leased Properties Group. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Eric was a Capital Markets professional with JGWPT Holdings, Inc. While in that capacity, his main responsibilities focused on running the Asset-Backed Securitization program for the firm. Prior to JGWPT Holdings, Eric was a Senior Analyst with EnerTech Capital, a venture firm focused on growth stage companies in the technology and infrastructure sectors. His responsibilities included fundraising participation, the sourcing and procurement of acquisition opportunities as well as conducting the initial due diligence for potential transactions. Before moving to Philadelphia in 2010, Eric began his career as an Analyst with BNP Paribas’ Structured Debt group in New York.
