Representing Freshly (a subsidiary of Nestle) in their 93,000 SF expansion at 28 East 28th Street. Representing Travel Leaders’, consolidating multiple locations into 1633 Broadway with a 107,000 SF lease; creating a new world headquarters Representing Facebook, expanding their New York headquarters with a 160,000 SF lease at 770 Broadway and securing their second building in Manhattan, with a 200,000 SF lease at 225 Park Avenue South. Representing SoundCloud to create a 53,000 SF U.S. headquarters at 50 West 23rd Street. Representing JUUL in their 70,000 SF, two building campus in Hudson Square. Representing Silicon Valley Bank in their 40,000 SF New York Headquarters. Representing Grovo in their 70,000 SF expansion at 50 West 23rd Street. Representing Roku in their 50,000 SF renewal and expansion at 114 West 41st Street and representing Andreessen Horowitz, securing their first New York office.
In 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2021 Eric earned Colliers’ “Everest Award,” which recognizes the firm’s top professionals in Brokerage, Valuation and Corporate Solutions across the Americas region. He also won Colliers’ “Rising Star Award” in 2009 for his dedication to his clients and the firm. Eric was named to the Commercial Observer's "New York Real Estate's 30 Under 30", selected as "One of Tomorrow's Leaders in Real Estate” by Real Estate Forum, named "50 Under 40" by Real Estate Forum and most recently received Connect Media's "Next Generation Award".
Education
Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Ferriello worked at Webster Financial Corporation, where he served as a commercial banking associate specializing in commercial real estate lending. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Business Administration. Mr. Ferriello also participated in the University of Connecticut Program for Sales Excellence
