“I would like to call out for special recognition two of your agents in your Walnut Creek, California facility. Mr. Clack and Mr. Erickson reign amongst the most ethical and professional agents that you could wish for as part as a Colliers Team.

These gentlemen were involved in two very difficult transactions with our company and exceeded all of the expectations you would have expected of such an individual who had many trying times with apposing individuals.

Ethics in your business are a very important part of a transaction along with the expertise that makes the deal conclude. Both these gentlemen have not only succeeded but exude what a President of a company would expect but not always achieved amongst its ranks.

I hope you will pay special recognition to these fine gentlemen by taking a few moments of your time to share with them our appreciation.”
