Mr. Erickson specializes in the sale and leasing of office buildings in the San Francisco East Bay office market. His emphasis is in representing owners/ developers/investors and tenants in the sale/ purchase and leasing of office space. Since 1998 he has completed over 1,000 transactions totaling more than 2,100,000 square feet of space with a combined aggregate value in excess of $500,000,000.
Eric Erickson has been a commercial real estate broker for over seven years. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Erickson worked as a Leasing and Sales Consultant for the Grubb & Ellis Company in Walnut Creek. In 2000, Mr. Erickson joined Colliers International in Walnut Creek as a founding member. Mr. Erickson remains among the office’s top producers. In 2003, the East Bay Business Times named Mr. Erickson one of the 40 Most Influential Business People Under 40.
