Catherine Williams started her career with Colliers International at the Greater Cincinnati & Dayton offices in 2017. Starting off as a marketing specialist and being responsible for establishing a strategic marketing plan for actively listed properties, developing property collateral, assembling presentations, and assisting in day-to-day administrative tasks. Catherine has since been promoted to the Director of Marketing and Public Relations based on her strong work ethic, team work performance and her commitment to the company.
As the Director of Marketing & Public Relations for the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton offices, Catherine has overall responsibility for the marketing and brokerage support teams. She oversees the strategic direction of marketing and public relations for all service lines delivery and corporate efforts. Catherine not only leads the development of the overall strategy for the firm but also leads the execution of it. She works in line and collaborates with the Director of Research, Loren DeFilippo, to maximize the impact of the regions research material for promotion of the offices and the Colliers brand as a whole.
Catherine is what you would call a mediator and a defender- she is always eager to help a good cause and is very dedicated for the people she works with. She has always been one to include and relate to those around her; Catherine does not see the difference in others instead she recognizes and cultivates the potential in them.
John joined Colliers International in 1992 and became one of the general partners in May 2002. As a Senior Sales Vice President, he is responsible for industrial sales, leasing and appraisals. John is very active as a leader in numerous professional and community activities.
In 2006 I left a successful 13-year career that I loved as an Environmental Consultant. I left because I listened to what my clients told me about myself unsolicited. They saw in me that my business sense and natural competitiveness coupled with my genuine passion for helping people was “made for commercial real estate”.
I am thorough and detail-oriented as I am driven by the need to not disappoint my clients, I always have their best interests at heart. My professional relationships often times become personal friendships because I am sincere in wanting to do whatever it takes to not only meet a client’s requirements but to surpass their expectations, regardless of the amount of square footage. I am fiercely loyal and in turn receive the same from my clients. Most of my transactions result in future business with the same people or are born out of their recommendations.
I listen to my client’s needs and ideas and present them with options. However, what makes me different than other brokers is that I invest myself into the people and company in which I am helping. We work as partners, their priorities become my priorities, and we have continual open and honest dialogue so we can minimize the stress that is sometimes present in having to consider moving and/or negotiating. I am well versed in current industrial market conditions in the Greater Cincinnati market and the process of leasing and buying/selling buildings, which allow me to work as an advisor to clients, not just as a person submitting a list of potential locations.
I specialize in creating innovative solutions and competitive advantages for my clients. I am a seasoned real estate professional and have a long history of successful transactions over 100,000 SF. I focus on cities and properties along the I-75 corridor in KY and OH. This area has become extremely vibrant and I’m proud to have contributed to its growth. Over the past 30 years, I’ve completed more than 325 transactions totaling more than 40 million SF and valued at over $400 million to date. Long-term clients include Delphi, Gap, W. P. Carey, and General Motors.
I am a natural born connector and love negotiating on behalf of my clients. There’s nothing I like better than solving problems. I have a large network of real estate professionals that I am continually developing and expanding. I serve in leadership roles with SIOR (Society of Office & Industrial Realtors, an educational international association of 3,000 brokers, developers, and investors), and am members of the elite Colliers Logistics and Transportation Solutions Group, and CSCMP (Counsel of Supply Chain Management Professionals). As I tell my family and friends, everything comes down to logistics!
I am known for my deep real estate knowledge of the Greater Cincinnati area, my persistence, representing my clients the way they want to be represented, and operating at all times with honesty and integrity.
I am proud to represent Industrial landlords and tenants in the Greater Dayton market on behalf of Colliers. I started my career in commercial real estate a few years out of college at a regional firm in Dayton. There I began to learn what it takes to achieve the most success for my clients. A few of the necessities are attention to detail, approaching each project with enthusiastic energy, truthfulness at all times and an exceptional work ethic.
As a lifelong Dayton resident, I know the market and people very well. Strong relationships and market knowledge are two areas that require constant attention. Colliers Research provides me up to date information on the overall market, but it is through my relationships and every day practice that I discern the micro-trends in the Dayton region. Whether I am advising a landlord or tenant, I am confident I can provide the best information as they go through the decision making process, resulting in the most favorable transaction terms.
