Senior Vice President
Emily Hoffman currently serves as a Senior Vice President at Colliers specializing in Office Tenant Representation. Using her extensive market knowledge and experience, she manages lease renewals, relocations, expansions and consolidation of office space.
With over 16 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry, Emily has developed a deep understanding of her client’s overall business concerns. As a result, she creates real estate solutions that meet each company’s financial and operational objectives as well as other specific needs.
Prior to joining Colliers Emily served as a Director in the Office Tenant Advisory Group at Cushman & Wakefield for over 10 years where she focused on Corporate Services with an emphasis on Office Tenant Representation. Emily specialized in representing office tenants for any of their office real estate needs.
Emily started her commercial real estate career working for a prestigious architectural firm where she led the Business Development team. As a result of her long tenure, Emily’s in-depth knowledge, better understanding and appreciation of office design separates her from other Office Tenant Representatives.
Emily received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Southern Methodist University, She studied in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, and Operations at SMU Institute of London.
